CSI – Nihilent Award 2008 : Computerisation of Public Distribution System Supply Chain in Chhattisgarh (PDS – Online)

Computerised supply chain management of PDS in Chhattisgarh has been operational since 2008. It covers Ration card management system, Online allocation, Online real-time inventory management at CGSCSC warehouses, Call centre complaint monitoring system, Janabhagidari web site.
